Synopsis

LRR presents a trailer for a '50's-style horror film. An experiment seemingly funded by Evil Inc. goes terribly wrong, unleashing zombies across the world, a problem that only worsens when the experimental data is released across the 'Net. Chock full of enticements like "Bladder Draining Horror!" and promises of "Mystery! Suspense! Acting!", the trailer doesn't present a rating for the movie, as the reviewers were too frightened to see it.

Trivia

  • The shambling zombies are LRR fans, recruited through a forum thread a short time before filming, from the Victoria area.
  • The Internet users that are turned into zombies, portrayed by Bill, Morgan, and Paul, are playing World of Warcraft, browsing Asian Friend Finder and on the website, 'Hot or Not' respectively.
  • This video is packed with references to Internet culture.
    • The outburst about the impossibility of packing the Internet with C4 is a reference to US Senator Ted Stevens' infamous statement that the Internet was a "series of tubes"
    • 'Goatse', short for goatse.cx, is an image file widely disseminated by people hoping to shock or disgust other users. If you don't know what it displays, you really don't want to know. Trust us on this one. The originating site of goatse is currently offline, but the meme has spread throughout the Internet.
    • LOL is an Internet slang abbreviation for "laughs out loud".
    • ROFTL or ROFL is an Internet slang abbreviation for "rolling/rolls on the floor laughing".
    • OMG stands for "Oh my God". ZOMG is a popular bastardization.
  • Every cast member has multiple roles in this video - even Graham also played a ZOMGie in the background of one of the shots.
