The LoadingReadyRun Orbiting Underground Bunker (Also known as the Underground Moonbase or LRROUB) is LRR's underground bunker base on the moon (Thus, orbiting the Earth and underground on the moon).

Details

Little has been revealed about the moonbase, but it includes storage space for most of LRR's costumes and props and has a wall dedicated to usage as a green screen.

The moonbase is accessed by one of at least nine rockets that are launched from a rocketpad near Evolution (The club) in Victoria, British Columbia. Similar to the Hive of Resident Evil, it features a false (holographic) backdrop of the Victoria area to make the crew and visitors feel more at home.

The moonbase is known to lack an entryway, which the crew hope to rectify and place Cardboard Man in, and as it is space-based does not have a rubbish collection system, so rubbish must be routinely collected and transported back to Earth for disposal. Original plans were to jettison waste into space, but this proved more difficult than previously considered.

Fan Speculation

Prior to learning of the holographic backdrop, fans speculated that the moonbase sections seen were part of a larger biodome.

As per the Timeline of the LRRd, the moonbase was built by Paul following his failure with a 1950's underwater utopia and is powered by a Phail Reactor (The precise fuel of which is unknown, but which causes a significant explosion when overloaded). Tim Sevenhuysen (The Matt-Jer hybrid) lives in the moonbase following his creation.
