Jump to navigationJump to searchThe Video Strike Team (VST) is a team of volunteers dedicated to archiving Desert Bus for Hope. The VST's website is located at vst.ninja (or videostrike.team).
The work of the VST started after Desert Bus 5 to upload clips from the run to YouTube. Desert Bus 6 was the first time VST uploaded videos during the run. A more detailed history of the VST can be found here.
During Desert Bus runs (post Desert Bus 8), the VST captures the stream, records events in a spreadsheet, and uploads video clips to YouTube with their own infrastructure. Between Desert Buses, the VST recovers data from early Desert Bus runs and develops and refines its infrastructure. A catalogue of the missing (and recovered) data can be found here.
