Michael O'Leary is in studio B with Trina Snutt, a representative of the Nsberg OmniUnion. Every year the OmniUnion negotiates an unpaid week off for all employees in Nsberg, except the radio station as they are considered an essential service.

Derek is at the grand opening of a new restaurant, Formosa Palace. It is a really loose interpretation of what it was like during the King Dynasty. Everything at Formosa Palace is a fusion, for example Teriyaki Macaroni or Sweet and Sour Steak. Derek declares the restaurant a fraud after finding out they don't serve any traditional Chinese food.
