Synopsis
What is presumably a normal LoadingReadyRun sketch proceeds with various crew members interrupting the sketch and apologizing for or explaining some perceived problem, difficulty, or error in the production.
The video itself is of Alex and Cameron discussing Alex' conspiracy theories on how cute puppies and various other baby animals are behind various global crises. The actors playing Alex and Cameron rotate out multiple times during the sketch, as follows:
Actor playing Cameron | Actor playing Alex | Reason for change |
---|---|---|
Alex | Cameron | N/A |
Cameron | Alex | Having the two play each other was considered confusing. |
Kathleen | Beej | Reshoot, for more clarity. |
Paul is the first to interrupt. He intends to warn the audience that there is an offensive line in the video. Ultimately, he ends up interrupting several times as the line he thought was in the video continues its absence. Kathleen also interrupts to explain why she and Beej are suddenly playing Cameron and Alex. Along the way, both of them are continually attempting to clarify which characters they are talking about and who is playing those characters, resulting in further confusion.
The stinger shows Graham and James interrupting the video and apologizing for its "silliness".
