The equipment used by LoadingReadyRun is as follows:
- Camera:
- Sony HDR-FX1 MiniDV. The videos are shot in 1080i, and edited in either 1080i or DV Widescreen
- Some videos have also being shot with Tim's camera, a Sony SR12.
- A Kodak Zi8 and Canon Rebel T2i have being used as backup cameras, and were used to film Phailhaüs - 27 and Hot Water at PAX.
- Audio:
- RODE VideoMic, RODE Boompole and RODE Deadcat windscreen
- Lighting:
- Basic floodlights, with (usually) 250W or 500W bulbs—occasionally daylight balanced
- Generic halogen construction lamps
- Computers and Software:
- Main video editing is done with Apple Final Cut Pro on Graham's iMac G5 or Intel MacBook
- Additional videos may be edited on Apple iMovie, or (in the instance of most Loading Time videos) Adobe Premiere
- Final video is exported in 640x480 .mov files using the Apple H.264 codec
