AskLRR Answers

Q: Musicians who want to get a recording contract often send tapes and mp3s of there work to studios, The More You Know, Has LoadingReadyRun sent copies of it's best work to Canadian TV Producers?

A:

"We're like this close to doing that." Have been talking about it for years. "Check back in
two weeks." Sent something to the Comedy Network. "The biggest problem we have with LLR is 'doing
stuff'. We are very very good, we like to think, at making videos. What we're not good at is all
the other stuff. Anything that involves making videos, editing, shooting, lighting, everything
like that we're awesome at. Anything thats marketing videos and that stuff, not so much. Because
we are to busy making stuff."

Q: Also, despite being very "Pythonic" in its humor, LLR has relatively little cross-dressing.

A:

"We just haven't done it, yet. Most of the sketches we write involve dudes. And if we need a girl
we know some." "It'll happen eventually." "We're at that point where a guy in a dress just
wouldn't be funny, there has to be a reason for it." Editor Note: It has happened since, see
  Assessment.

Q: When was that last time you've cried? And why?

A:

  Matt: "When my dog died."
Paul: "My Grandfather died last Christmas, and that was pretty tough."
Morgan: "Nothing bad has ever happend to me so... I've never cried."
Jer: "It was last Sunday night and it had to do with why I wasn't at the meeting for the podcast
on Monday and thats all your gonna hear about it."
  Graham and James cant remember.
Morgan: "Its happend a number of times, none recent."
Jer: "Tally is here so she didn't break up with me."

Q: Did any of you guys get married in Vegas?

A:

No. "No we critically dropped the ball on that one. It was on the list of things to do." Due to
the amount of drinking its possible.

Q: Have any of your 360s RRoDed you yet?

A:

Graham is on his Third 360 but only one RRoDed. Jer is on second but not because of RRoD. Matt's
is still running despite not taking care of it. Graham once checked his 360 for a flight with a
  disc inside, it survived.

Q: What are your thoughts on the Warcraft movie?

A:

"Should be CG done by the people doing the Beowulf movie." "YES" "Speaking of which, if anyone on
the CG team of that movie is listening, please please please release the high-res 3d model of
naked Angelina Jolie." "WE KNOW YOU HAVE IT!"

Q: Quantity or Quality?

A:

"It really depends of how much quantity we're talking about here."

Q: Was anyone on the team into acting in high school?

A:

A bunch of us we're in drama class.

Q: What do you like most? Pokemon or Dragonball?

A:

"POKEMANS! MY POKEMANS LET ME SHOW YOU THEM!." The group pretty much sides for Dragonball in the

A:

"We've already answered that. 'Please say spy hunter lawl'" Yes Spy Hunter. Also, Impossible Mission."

Q: Have any of you played Everquest 2?

A:

Matt played the beta and thought it sucked. It's apparently Corax's favorite MMO to date. "Thats
  nice."

Q: Where do you think the worst place to live would be?

A:

Paul: "Chetwynd?" Graham: "Chetwynd's pretty lame. Cause it's worse than a third world country,
cause in a third world country you know it's not gonna get any better. Chetwynd has the potential
and you just never get it."

Q: Which NES or SNES game has the best music overall or the best single tracks?

A:

Morgan: "F-Zero is pretty friggin dope." Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy 5/6, Megaman X. Platoon on
the NES sucked but had a good soundtrack. Castlevania Dracula X turns your favorite Castlevania
songs into Disco. Graham: "Speaking of which Robo's Theme from Chrono Trigger is Rick Astleys
'Never Gonna Give you up'. Look for it, I'm not Rickrolling you I'm DEAD serious." "You got
  Rickrolled by motherfucking Square."

Q: What is the corniest line you've every heard?

A:

Matt: "Are those moon pants? Cause your ass is outta this world."
Graham: "I'm gonna go make out, you wanna come?"

Q: Would you ever use it?

A:

  Probably not.

Q: If you had children what would you name them?

A:

  Jer: "Richter." "Seriously?" "No."
  Paul: Vincent
Matt: Andrew, Peter, and Valentine. Zoe for a girl.
James: Page for a girl. "Page Turner! hahaha!" "Your such a dick" "Yeah..."
  Jer: Cathrine for a girl.
Morgan: "How about just 'Heavy'?" (Jer's last name being "Petter") lols all around

Q: Fashion or Function?

A:

Paul: Functional kinda guy. Graham: Functional "One of my favorite quotes is by William Morris
which is 'Have nothing in your homes that you do not know to be useful or believe to be
beautiful.' Cause otherwise what the hell is the point?" Jer: "When I'm making a document I spend
a lot of time making sure my charts look all pretty." "But do they work?" "Mostly..."

Q: Are any of you chocoholics?

A:

Matt: "I really do like chocolate."
Graham: "I'm a big fan of chocolate."
Paul: "I enjoy chocolate, but in moderation."
Graham: "I prefer gummy candy to be honest." "You are a gummy MACHINE!" "Gummiaholic"

Q: If you had to bet all your money on a number what would that number be?

A:

  Tally: "42!"
  James: "37."
Graham: "Yeah I'll go with 42 too."
Morgan: "I would feel untrue to myself if I went with any other number than 69."
Matt: "If I was going to pick numbers it would be 7, 12, some random number, then zero and double
  zero.

Q: Is James going to bring back the secret adventures of Jeremy Petter at the end of the podcasts?

A:

James: "Thats not really up to me, thats more up to what Jer says during the podcasts."
  Graham: "Jer being completely silent."
Jer: "Yeah, I'm not giving away ammo for that."

Q: So are any of the crew familiar with British musical groups? Such as Square Pusher, Uncle, DJ Shadow, Roots Manuva(spelling?), and The Scratch Perverts.

A:

Yes. Espically DJ Shadow, not so much Roots Manuva.

A:

they saw the National Film Board and other things and thought that Canada was a really neat place,
and liked it and named there group 'The Boards of Canada'."
  Paul: "They are also awesome."
