  • Thailand's Prime Minister decided he would evade media questions this week by bringing a cardboard cutout of himself to a press conference, prop it up, and the telling reporters to quiz it instead of him.
  • Florida has experienced an unseasonable cold snap and it has bought some trouble to the sunshine state, including icy roads and frozen iguanas. Wildlife experts are warning people not to pick up iguanas because once their body temperature stabilises they will "magically come back to life".
    • You certainly should do what one man did and load a bunch of what he thought were "dead" iguanas into his truck and then get attacked by them when he was driving around.
  • An United Airlines flight from Chicago to Hong Kong had to be diverted to Anchorage after a rowdy passenger befouled 2 of the on-plane toilets with his own faeces and then tried to stuff his shirt down another aeroplane toilet.
